When fitting a replacement blade on a Gyokucho Compact saw, we recommend installing the tooth protection strip supplied with the saw or using the cardboard sleeve supplied with the spare blade as this makes the blade easier to handle.Turn the wheel on the handle away from the blade to slacken off the hold; the blade will slide out of the spine. Slot the replacement blade into place and reverse the process.
